油煙管道的清洗包括煙罩表面、煙罩內(nèi)的燈罩、排風(fēng)口、排煙口以及電機、灶臺表面。煙道清洗的是排煙口與煙罩相連處并和煙罩同步平行的排煙道。對平行煙道內(nèi)部進行徹底清潔。

排煙罩一般用火堿清洗附著在排煙罩表面的油泥。具體的清洗步驟如下：

1、把擋水板拆下，脫水扇拆下;

1. Remove the water baffle and the dewatering fan;

2、把較厚的油泥用鏟子鏟掉 主管道是油泥存在的主要地方，必須清洗鏟干凈;

2. Using a shovel to remove thicker sludge from the main pipeline is the main place where sludge exists and must be cleaned and shoveled clean;

3、清洗管道拐彎位置，例如彎頭、三通，必要時在彎頭上方開口;

4、把擋水板運水扇放在火堿水里泡，來分解上面的油泥，泡完后用高壓水槍清水洗凈。

5、用火堿水沖洗排煙罩表面，用清水洗凈即可。

采用的主要方法是人員進入煙道內(nèi)部進行清潔。對于排煙口窄小，人工無法進入煙道或由于煙道走身狹窄、人工觸及不到無法進行清潔，但又存在著重大隱患的，可利用特殊設(shè)備進行清潔，不留死角，一切潛在的火災(zāi)隱患
