玻璃鋼風(fēng)管的安裝施工工藝是本工程的。無機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管在近幾年被廣泛使用，隨著玻璃鋼風(fēng)管制造技術(shù)的日益完善，以及在大型工程中的應(yīng)用，工程施工人員已經(jīng)能夠掌握這種成熟的施工工藝。而本工程玻玻璃鋼風(fēng)管應(yīng)用量較大，安裝要求高，故作為本工程通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)施工中的和難點(diǎn)。
The installation and construction technology of FRP wind pipe is the key point of this project. Inorganic glass fiber reinforced plastic wind pipe has been widely used in recent years. With the improvement of manufacturing technology and the application in large-scale engineering, construction workers have been able to master this mature construction technology. In this project, the glass glass steel wind pipe has a large amount of application and high installation requirements, so it is the key and difficult point in the construction of the ventilation and air conditioning system in this project.
通風(fēng)機(jī)（含排煙機(jī)）的安裝
The installation of a ventilator (including a smoke exhauster)
1）整體安裝的風(fēng)機(jī)，搬運(yùn)和吊裝的繩索不得捆縛在轉(zhuǎn)子和機(jī)殼或軸承蓋的吊環(huán)上。
1) whole fan installed, carrying and lifting rope shall be bound in the rotor and the shell rings or the bearing cover.
2）通風(fēng)機(jī)的進(jìn)風(fēng)管、出風(fēng)管等裝置應(yīng)有單獨(dú)的支撐，并與基礎(chǔ)或其它建筑物連接牢固；風(fēng)管與風(fēng)機(jī)連接時，不得強(qiáng)迫對口，機(jī)組不應(yīng)承受其它機(jī)件的重量。通風(fēng)機(jī)傳動裝置的外露部位以及直通大氣的進(jìn)、出口，必須裝設(shè)防護(hù)罩（網(wǎng)）或采取其它措施。
2) the inlet and outlet pipes of fans should have independent support and are firmly connected with foundations or other buildings. When air pipes are connected with fans, they must not be forced to match counterparts, and the crew should not be able to bear the weight of other parts. The outgoing parts of the ventilator transmission and the inlet and outlet of the direct air must be equipped with a protective shield (net) or other safety measures.
3）落地安裝的離心風(fēng)機(jī)：其基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)平整，通過調(diào)整減振器的位置，使各減振器受力及變形尺寸一致。
3) a centrifugal fan installed on the ground: its foundation should be flat, and by adjusting the position of the damper, the size of the force and deformation of each damper is consistent.
4）懸吊式軸流類風(fēng)機(jī)安裝：風(fēng)機(jī)加設(shè)鋼板連接板及型鋼挑梁，使各個減振器受力及變形尺寸一致。
4) installation of suspension type axial flow fan: the fan is equipped with steel plate connecting plate and type steel pick beam, so that the size of each damper is in accordance with the force and deformation size.
