(2)影響：工作時(shí)風(fēng)管漏風(fēng)，空調(diào)負(fù)荷增加，同時(shí)風(fēng)壽數(shù)和性能被影響。

(3)原因：資料不合格，不能滿意制造風(fēng)管的需求。

(4)辦法：在使用風(fēng)管加工設(shè)備制造風(fēng)管前，要先檢查資料出廠合格證書(shū)和資料質(zhì)量證明還有外觀厚度等，確保資料是可用的。

2、風(fēng)管翹角及彎頭角度不準(zhǔn)

(1)表現(xiàn)：矩形風(fēng)管兩相對(duì)平面、兩端面不平行;折角不平直;對(duì)角線不相等;咬口不嚴(yán)。

(1) Performance: two relative planes and two end faces of rectangular air duct are not parallel; inflection angle is not straight; diagonal line is not equal; bite is not tight.


 

 

(2)影響：會(huì)使風(fēng)管連接受力不均勻，安裝后的風(fēng)管不平直，法蘭盤(pán)墊片不緊密，系統(tǒng)漏風(fēng)，造成空調(diào)負(fù)荷損失，而且縮短使用壽數(shù)。

(2) Influence: it will make the air duct connection stress uneven, the air duct after installation is not straight, the flange gasket is not tight, the system air leakage, resulting in air conditioning load loss, and shorten the service life.

(3)原因：板下料放樣不準(zhǔn)確;風(fēng)管兩兩平行，相對(duì)面的板料長(zhǎng)度和寬度不相等。

(3) Reasons: the layout of plate cutting is not accurate; the air duct is parallel to each other, and the sheet metal length and width on the opposite side are not equal.

(4)辦法：展開(kāi)下料時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)板料嚴(yán)厲角方，對(duì)每片板料的長(zhǎng)度、寬度以及查驗(yàn)對(duì)角線，使它們的偏差控制在答應(yīng)范圍內(nèi);下料后的板料，應(yīng)將風(fēng)管相對(duì)面的兩片板料重合查驗(yàn)尺寸準(zhǔn)確性。

(4) Methods: when blanking, the sheet metal should be strictly angled, and the length, width and diagonal lines of each sheet should be checked to make their deviation within the allowable range; after blanking, the two sheets opposite to the air duct should be overlapped to check the dimensional accuracy.
