1、設(shè)計(jì)不合理：因在開(kāi)業(yè)裝修時(shí)預(yù)計(jì)的就餐人員飽和值低于現(xiàn)今就餐飽和值，后廚工作量增加，多臺(tái)灶同時(shí)作業(yè)，原設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)低，排煙量小，導(dǎo)致排煙不暢。解決方法：在排煙口加裝風(fēng)扇式四葉或六葉排煙風(fēng)機(jī)，提高排煙量，或更換大風(fēng)量風(fēng)機(jī)。
