伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，高層建筑日益增多，通風(fēng)管道工程的施工質(zhì)量也日益受到重視。然而，隨著通風(fēng)工程施工技術(shù)的不斷提高，通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)風(fēng)管的制作與安裝要求越來越高，但仍存在影響施工質(zhì)量的問題。以下介紹通風(fēng)空調(diào)風(fēng)管的安裝方法。

1.在建筑物的維修結(jié)構(gòu)施工結(jié)束后，應(yīng)清理干凈地面上的障礙物，地面上無任何雜物，山東通風(fēng)管道加工風(fēng)管內(nèi)無其他管道通過的條件。檢驗(yàn)施工現(xiàn)場預(yù)留孔洞的位置、尺寸是否符合圖紙要求，是否有漏孔現(xiàn)象，預(yù)留的孔洞要比風(fēng)管實(shí)際截面每邊尺寸大100 mm。

2.定標(biāo)高程，安裝風(fēng)管支吊架，除銹后刷防銹漆一道。風(fēng)管道支吊點(diǎn)，一般采用預(yù)埋鐵件、支吊架、二次灌漿、膨脹螺栓法等。

根據(jù)風(fēng)管的線來確定吊桿的敷設(shè)位置，單吊桿位于風(fēng)管的線上，雙吊桿可以根據(jù)風(fēng)管的螺孔間距或風(fēng)管的線對(duì)稱地安裝。本實(shí)用新型山東通風(fēng)管道加工可按吊件的形式焊接或懸掛于吊件上。焊后要涂防銹漆。立管卡安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)先將更上面的一根管件固定好，再在用線錘吊起，下面的管卡就可以按線固定。若風(fēng)管較長，需安裝一排支架，可先將兩端固定好，再以兩端支架為基準(zhǔn)，用拉線法找出中間支架的高程，以便安裝。
